Welcome to Drop Plug, operated by Dustin Duffy (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, using our services, referring others, or accessing our website or content, you (“Client”, “Referral Agent”, or “User”) agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
1. Services Offered
Drop Plug provides custom audio commercial creation services, including:
- Professionally written, voiced, and produced 30–60 second audio commercials.
- Optional caption-style videos in formats like 9:16 or 16:9.
- Optional flyer designs (square or vertical).
Referral Agents may promote these services and earn commissions under a separate Referral Agreement (see Section 8).
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All audio commercials, videos, flyers, and any other deliverables are the property of Drop Plug until final delivery. Upon delivery and full payment, clients are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable usage rights for promotional purposes only.
Clients may not resell, license, or alter the final product for third-party resale without written consent.
Drop Plug retains the right to use all completed projects in its own promotional materials, portfolio, or advertising campaigns unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. No work will begin until payment is received and confirmed.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Credit/debit cards via online checkout
- Cash App or PayPal for direct orders
All pricing is listed in USD and subject to change at our discretion without notice.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes ONE (1) free revision (minor edits such as timing, phrasing, or sound balance). Any additional revisions may incur extra charges at our discretion.
Revisions must be requested within 72 hours of delivery. After that window, the project is considered approved and closed.
5. Refund Policy
Drop Plug does not offer refunds for any services rendered or digital products delivered. Due to the custom nature of each order, all sales are final.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and accepts this no-refund policy.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete promo details and any necessary pronunciation, names, or timing needs before production.
- Approve the final product within the given timeline or forfeit revision rights.
- Use delivered content lawfully and respectfully, without defaming or misrepresenting Drop Plug or its team.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Drop Plug, Dustin Duffy, and all team members are not liable for:
- Any damages or losses (direct or indirect) resulting from the use or misuse of your Drop Plug commercial or promotional materials.
- Any third-party actions, claims, platform bans, or social media enforcement caused by client misuse or misrepresentation.
- Any delay caused by incomplete or incorrect information submitted by the client.
8. Referral Agent Terms
Referral Agents are individuals who sign up to share Drop Plug services via a referral link or coupon code.
- Referral Agents receive 20% commission when their unique code/link is used.
- Clients using the referral code receive 10% off their order.
- Commissions are paid via PayPal or Cash App once the referred customer’s final product is delivered.
- Referral Agents must not misrepresent Drop Plug’s services, pricing, or delivery promises.
- Any fraudulent use of referral codes or unethical promotion will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending payouts.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Drop Plug reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for any reason, including but not limited to: harassment, inappropriate content, hate speech, explicit material, fraud, or non-compliance with these terms.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms. A current version will always be posted on our website.
